Approved by DM prot. no. 422 of July 30, 2020

The path of the Bernstein School of Musical Theater (BSMT) is aimed at building and developing the artistic personality of each student through the knowledge and fusion of the three main languages of performance, acting, singing and dance.
Over the course of the three years, each student will acquire mastery of his or her technical and expressive means, related to the body, voice and stage presence.
Teaching is divided into the study of the main performance disciplines (acting, singing, dance), basic training disciplines (physical and vocal training, improvisation, diction) and theoretical-cultural subjects (solfege, theater history, theatrical makeup).

The three-year program also includes further study of different languages of acting (film acting, commedia dell’arte techniques, musical theater techniques, combat and acting in English), singing (musicals, choral singing) and dance (classical, jazz, acrobatics, tap, hip hop).

The training course is enriched each year by Laboratories and Workshops aimed at deepening specific aspects, entrusted to high-profile international teachers from the world of live performance and highly specialized in their discipline.

The course has a three-year duration and requires mandatory full-time attendance. An entrance audition is required to enter the course.
